SIPHONIC DRAINAGE
Allpro Plumbing Solutions has teamed up with international company Fast Flow to distribute and sell their Siphonic, Pressurised & Hybrid Drainage Systems. It combines intelligent design and precise engineering, so clients can reach new frontiers in architecture. Some of the benefits of a siphonic and pressurised systems are space saving, no gradient, design freedom and elegance even during a harsh environment. We strive to develop drainage systems that bring out the beauty of a building’s design rather than work against it.
Primo™ Outlets
Fast Flow Primo™ range of outlets are Fast Flow’s premier and most comprehensive range. The Primo™ range works on all types of roof and gutters. With 4 outlets in the range each with its own unique capabilities, capacity and project suitability, there is a Primo™ outlet for all types of buildings. All Primo™ outlets consist of a stainless steel baseplate and a cast aluminium alloy (epoxy/ceramic coated) air baffle. Additional to this, installation kits are available for either metal gutter installation (cast aluminium counter flange, EPDM seal and stainless steel nuts and bolts) or concrete (R.C.) roof areas and car parks (stainless steel up turned clamping ring and stainless steel nuts). The drainage capacity for the Primo™ series ranges from 20 l/s to 150 l/s.
Piccolo™ Outlets
With most siphonic outlets on the market suitable for use in larger sized gutters (above 300mm), this restricted the use of siphonic drainage in smaller roof areas due to the small gutter sizes specified by the Architects and Engineers. In the past, these areas were either drained conventionally or a fabricated section (or sump) needed to be made in order to locate the outlet in the gutter. This obviously added extra costs to the project, affected the overall aesthetics and architectural effectiveness of the building, and left these fabricated sumps open to potential leakage and failure if not installed or fabricated correctly.
Fast Flow’s Piccolo™ range of outlets are specifically designed to be used in eaves gutter situations without the need to fabricate special sections or install an over-sized gutter. With the ability to be installed in as little as 200mm wide gutters and drain up to 12 l/s (Piccolo 50™) and 18 l/s (Piccolo 65™), the Piccolo™ outlet has been widely accepted as a preferred option for smaller roof areas or eaves gutter drained projects.

Arteco™ Outlets
Besides the roof outlets, Fast Flow has designed a series of architectural outlets that enhances or is able to blend with the external environment. This product line is none other than our Arteco™ range of outlets. The Arteco™ range of outlets are suitable for use in accessible terraces, balconies, R.C. gutters and roof tops and drain up to 10 l/s.
In addition to this, Fast Flow has also developed the Arteco™ grating series for balconies, terraces, lobbies, bathrooms and toilets. The Arteco™ gratings are made of stainless steel with the ability to withstand bad weather conditions.

Parco™ Outlets
Fast Flow is pleased to introduce the new face of its carpark outlet; Parco 75 siphonic roof outlet. It is an enhanced version of Primo 75 HD. Featuring heelsafe (10mm) and ceramic coated aluminum alloy air baffle, the product is suitable for application on R.C. rooftop with vehicular traffic.
The Parco 75 load capacity is tested up to 150KN with design capacity* of 20l/s (water depth 44mm) for grating flush with floor finish.
Fast Flow rainwater outlets are easy to handle and fix, and connect to all standard sizes of pipe work. Minimal routine maintenance is required to prevent blockage by leaves and other debris.
*Design capacity is subjected to the acceptable water depth on the roof top/plaza/carpark.

SLR™ & ps Outlet™
The SLR™ and ps Outlet™ series are Fast Flow’s recent advances in rainwater management system. Dedicated to industrial building projects (i.e. high-end Factories and warehouses); both psOutlet™ and SLR™ outlet series work on concrete (RC) roofs and metal gutters (MG).
psVent™
For many years, architects and designers have been concerned with rainwater not effectively drained on balconies whenever there is a heavy rainfall. This is especially noticeable for high-rise buildings. Commercial pipe junctions have not been able to prevent back-flow of rainwater while being drained.
Fast Flow has now revolutionized the industry with this exciting patented device that solves the problem. psVent™ is an anti-backflow junction, specially designed for terrace and balcony. Since its launch in 2009, psVent™ is now widely accepted and the preferred choice for architects and interior designers to be used in their buildings.

psPipe™ System
psPipe™ & psFittings™ are component parts of a psPipe™ System, a pipe network system specifically developed for use in the drainage of rainwater using a Siphonic System or a Pressurised System.
Standards
psPipe™ & psFittings™ are modelled on the nominal dimensions and general performance requirements of JIS K 6741:2007 and JIS K 6739:2007 respectively:• Vicat softening temperature – min 76 degrees Celsius – complies• Flatness property – complies• Tensile strength at yield – min 45MPa at 23 degrees Celsius – complies
The thicknesses of psPipe™ & psFittings™ are modified and enhanced to provide pressure ratings necessary for their intended application. See Pressure Rating.
Pressure Rating
psPipe™ System under Dynamic Flow can withstand:• Positive (+ve) Pressure of 6.0 Bar• Negative (-ve) Pressure of 0.9 Bar
psPipe™ & psSocket™ together and under Hydrostatic conditions can withstand:• Positive (+ve) Pressure of 12 Bar
Other Key Features
psPipe™ & psFittings™ are made with materials which are ‘lead free’ in line with major global health initiatives.psPipe™ & psFittings™ contain 2% content of Titanium Oxide (TiO2) pigment which provides protection from exposure to sunlight (uv radiation).
Approvals
psPipe™ & psFittings™ have been tested and validated by TÜV SÜD PSB.
